I am using Russian TV about 1 year. If you live in USA or Canada and has cabal Internet connection, then enjoy a lot of recorded programs and several online channels. To use russian tv website you need in Real Player which is free software. Works fine on any Windows platforms and I’ve tested on Linux FEDORA Core 4-6.
They have very good bandwidth (two uplinks and two backup links) and average load of channels are 30%.

Муз ТВ
TVC (ТВЦ)
“Россия” (Live)
“Первый” (Delayed)
